Ben Pyper's journey is a testament to resilience, community spirit, and the power of transformation. His story is rich with experiences that have shaped him into the dedicated individual he is today, always striving to make a positive impact on those around him.

Early Life 

As a youth, Ben was passionate about hockey, spending countless hours on the ice, honing his skills, and learning the values of teamwork and perseverance. His love for the sport not only provided him with cherished memories but also laid the foundation for his strong work ethic and commitment to personal growth.

Community Involvement  

Ben’s sense of community has been shaped and strengthened through a wide range of meaningful experiences. Ben is a member of the Royal Canadian Legion. 

That commitment has continued to grow through his involvement with Onyx Community Services, where he served as a Meal Program and Coffee Hour Supervisor. In this role, Ben helps ensure that individuals in need have access not only to food but also to companionship and a sense of community. His volunteer work extends to Extreme Power Ball, where his energy, leadership, and team spirit contribute to the success of fast-paced, community-driven events. Additionally, Ben served as a Paintball Referee, a role that highlights his attention to safety, fairness, and sportsmanship while fostering a fun and respectful environment for participants.

This involvement laid a strong foundation for Ben’s lifelong dedication to giving back and supporting others.

Proud Father

One of Ben's greatest joys is being a father to his 14-year-old son. Parenthood has been a rewarding journey, filled with love, challenges, and growth. Ben takes immense pride in guiding his son and cherishing every moment they share together.

Overcoming Challenges

Ben's path has not been without its difficulties. He successfully completed a drug and mental health program, a transformative experience that equipped him with invaluable insights and coping strategies. His journey through recovery has empowered him to help others facing similar challenges. By sharing his story, Ben provides hope and support to those in need, demonstrating that recovery is possible.

Entrepreneurial Spirit

Driven by a desire to create a better future for himself and his community, Ben is now embarking on a new venture. He is opening a small business specializing in lawn care, snow blowing, and other residential services. This entrepreneurial endeavor is not only a testament to his hard work and determination but also a way for him to contribute positively to his community.
